Vision
To facilitate the coming together of all Christian churches
in the Indianapolis area in outreach to the legitimate
poor and needy, that the true Christ - the "Servant
Christ" - may be made clearly and powerfully visible
to the secular world looking on.
Mission
To help churches transform lives and communities through
visible outreach to the legitimate poor in the name of
Christ and for His sake.
Volunteer Staff
The volunteer man hours invested in services by office
volunteers together with church outreach volunteers calculate
to hundreds of thousands of dollars - all donated to make
Christ and His Church visible in service to the poorest
of the poor.
Options in the Ways of Participation
Church Care Indy's primary outreach mission is "Helping
Churches Reach Out to Hurting People" in diverse
ways that are distinctive to Church Care Indy alone. In
addition to the direct office-to-office contact between
churches and Church Care Indy, the Registry
Program allows individual Christians or groups of
Christians to register directly with Church Care if their
church chooses not to join the network.
